L-Arginine, Inositol, PABA, Vitamin A Acetate, Vitamin C, Nicotinamide, Magnesium, Iron and Zinc Tablet

Product Composition

Product is used as supplements providing various vitamins, minerals and essential amino acid. Vitamins and minerals are essential substances that our bodies need to develop and function normally. The vitamins in the composition includes biotin, inositol, folic acid, PABA, Vitamin B. Tablet contains zinc and Iron L–Arginine is considered as an essential amino acid. L-arginine shows anti-atherogenic actions, may be accounted for by its role as the precursor to nitric oxide or NO. NO is produced by all tissues of the body and plays very important roles in the cardiovascular system, immune system and nervous system. Antioxidants are used to balance free radicals so as to prevent damage to the healthy cells.

About Composition:

Inositol is often referred to as vitamin B8, but it is not actually a vitamin. It’s a type of sugar that influences the insulin response and several hormones associated with mood and cognition. Inositol also has antioxidant properties that fight the damaging effects of free radicals in the brain, circulatory system, and other body tissues.

Magnesium: Magnesium plays an important role in relaying signals between your brain and body. Magnesium is required for more than 300 biochemical reactions occurring in the body. It regulates normal nerve and muscle function, supports a healthy immune system, keeps the heartbeat steady, and helps bones remain strong. It also helps adjust blood glucose levels. It is also involved energy production and protein synthesis.

Vitamin C is needed by the body to form collagen. The body also uses vitamin C to make skin, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels. It also uses this vitamin to repair and maintain cartilage, bones and teeth, to heal wounds and to form scar tissue.

Nicotinamide: Nicotinamide is a form of vitamin B3 (niacin) and is used to prevent and treat niacin deficiency (pellagra). Niacin deficiency can cause diarrhea, confusion (dementia), tongue redness/swelling, and peeling red skin. Niacinamide is often used instead of niacin because it causes fewer side effects (e.g., flushing). Unlike niacin, niacinamide does not help correct blood fat levels and cannot be substituted for niacin if you are being treated for a blood fat problem (e.g., high cholesterol).

PABA has also been suggested as a treatment for scleroderma , a disease that creates fibrous tissue in the skin and internal organs. PABA is taken orally for skin conditions including vitiligo, pemphigus, dermatomyositis, morphea, lymphoblastoma cutis, and scleroderma. PABA is also used to treat infertility in women, artheitis, anemia, rheumatic fever, constipation, systemic lupus erythematosus and headache. It is alsoused to darken gray hair, prevent hair loss, make skinlook younger, and prevent sunburn.

L–Arginine is used as supplement that has improved immune responses to bacteria, viruses and tumor cells; promotes wound healing and regeneration of the liver; causes the release of growth hormones; considered crucial for optimal muscle growth and tissue repair. It act as precursor to nitric oxide or NO. NO is produced by all tissues of the body and plays very important roles in the cardiovascular system, immune system and nervous system. NO is formed from L-arginine via the enzyme nitric oxide synthase or synthetase (NOS), and the effects of NO are mainly mediated by 3,'5' -cyclic guanylate or cyclic GMP. NO activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase, which catalyzes the synthesis of cyclic GMP from guanosine triphosphate or GTP. Cyclic GMP is converted to guanylic acid via the enzyme cyclic GMP phosphodiesterase. NOS is a heme-containing enzyme with some sequences similar to cytochrome P-450 reductase. Several isoforms of NOS exist, two of which are constitutive and one of which is inducible by immunological stimuli. The constitutive NOS found in the vascular endothelium is designated eNOS and that present in the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nervous system is designated nNOS.

Iron is essential element carrying oxygen, forming part of the oxygen-carrying proteins - hemoglobin in red blood cells and myoglobin in muscles. It is also a component of various enzymes and is concentrated in bone marrow, liver, and spleen. The production of hemoglobin and myoglobin (the form of hemoglobin found in muscle tissue) requires this nutrient. It is also needed for the oxygenation of red blood cells, a healthy immune system and for energy production.

Vitamin A acetate and carotene can be obtained from either animal or vegetable sources. Vitamin A is required for night vision, and for a healthy skin. It is required for development and maintenance of the epithelial cells, in the mucus membranes, and your skin, and is important in the formation of bone and teeth, storage of fat and the synthesis of protein and glycogen.
