About Composition:

Vitamin C is needed by the body to form collagen. The body also uses vitamin C to make skin, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels. It also uses this vitamin to repair and maintain cartilage, bones and teeth, to heal wounds and to form scar tissue.

Vitamin E: It is fat soluble Vitamin and is also called as beauty vitamin. Vitamin E shows antioxidant properties, protecting cell membranes from oxidative damage. Due to these effects it is used in the treatment of diseases causing bone loss, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus and associated comorbidities, eye diseases, inflammatory diseases (including skin conditions), lipid disorders, neurological diseases, and radiation damage.

Vitamin B6:
⇒ Needed by the body to use and store protein and carbohydrates from food (in the form of glycogen, stored energy in the muscles and liver)
⇒ Required for more than 100 enzyme reactions in the body. It aids in the formation of hemoglobin (a substance in red blood cells that carries oxygen through the blood) and neurotransmitters and hormones that influence mood and regulate the body's clock
⇒ Involved in immune function and brain development and function

Vitamin B2:
⇒ Helps convert food into energy.
⇒ Required for red blood cell production and growth.
⇒ Maintains the function of eyes, nervous system, and skin.

Folic Acid is a type of B vitamin helps your body produce and maintain new cells, and also helps prevent changes to DNA that may lead to cancer. Folic acid is sometimes used in combination with other medications to treat pernicious, aplastic, or normocytic anaemia.

Vitamin B3 is also known as niacinamide and is used to prevent and treat pellegra, as pellegra can cause diarrhea, loss of memory, redness and swelling, and peeling of the skin. Niacinamide is more often used rather than niacin because it causes lesser side effects (e.g., flushing). Unlike niacin, niacinamide does not help correct fat levels in the blood.

Vitamin B5:
⇒ It is form of panthothenic acid or vitamin b5
⇒ Breaks down fats and carbohydrates for energy
⇒ Plays a role in the production of sex and stress hormones in the adrenal glands and neurotransmitters
⇒ Vitamin B5 is needed for the production of red blood cells and cholesterol

Vitamin B1:
Vitamin B1 is also known as thiamine. It is a water soluble vitamin. It helps to convert carbohydrate into energy. It is essential vitamin for metabolism of glucose, and it plays a key role in nerve, muscle, and heart function. It is often called an anti-stress vitamin, it protects the immune system and helps to boost your mood.

Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin:
⇒ Helps keep the nervous system and red blood cells healthy
⇒ Required for the formation of red blood cells and DNA
⇒ Important for protein metabolism

Zinc: It help is synthesis of more than 70 different enzymes. Zinc containing enzymes regulates metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins. Zinc fastens wound healing; maintain normal growth rates, balance skin hydration and the senses of taste and smell. It assists normal growth and tissue repair. It boosts cell mediated immunity. It is poorly absorbed when given orally. Zinc is well distributed in tissues lik skeletal muscle, skin, bone, pancreas, kidney, liver, retina, prostate, RBC, and WBC. Zinc is mainly excreted through intestine and only 2% loss in the urine.

Manganese: It is essential for enzyme formation and functioning. Manganese is a trace mineral required in small amounts. Itís required for the normal functioning of neurons and many of our bodyís enzyme production. Manganese is also required for bone growth, development and maintenance. When combined with other nutrients like calcium, zinc and copper, manganese supports bone mineral density essential feature for geriatric patients. Manganese is a part of the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD), which is one of the most important antioxidants in the body as they protect by scavenging free radicals formed. This property of manganese helps in reducing inflammation.

Copper: It is the third most abundant essential trace mineral, and is required as cofactor for many proteins, iron utilization enhancer. Copper, along with amino and fatty acids as well as vitamins, are required for normal metabolic processes. It is well orally absorbed.

Selenium is nutritionally essential for humans, is a constituent of more than two dozen selenoproteins that play critical roles in reproduction, thyroid hormone metabolism, DNA synthesis, and protection from oxidative damage and infection. Selenium has attracted attention because of its antioxidant properties. Antioxidants protect cells from damage. It can be used for many disorders like asthma to arthritis to dandruff to infertility and may reduce the odds of prostate cancer.
